Reformer Pilates at Wilmslow is available to The Women’s Gym Wilmslow members and female members of Total Fitness Wilmslow. Members must be age 16+ in order to attend.

Yes. Grip socks are required for all classes. Don't worry if you don’t have a pair, they're available to purchase at the welcome desk.

We have four different class types offering variety to your routine from slower-paced classes to high-energy workout:

Signature: A balanced full-body workout focused on strength, mobility and control.

Flow: A slower-paced class focused on mobility, flexibility and mindful movement.

Burn: A high-energy workout combining cardio and strength training.

Power: A strength-focused class using heavier resistance to build muscle and endurance.

Classes are booked using credits purchased in the Total Fitness app:

1 Credit: £24

4 Credits: £86 (save £12)

10 Credits: £196 (save £44)

20 Credits: £340 (save £140)

You can also take advantage of our introductory offer of 2 credits for £30.

Classes can be booked through the Total Fitness app using credits purchased. Booking will be going live in September 2026.

Classes can be booked up to 21 days in advance.

We get it, plans change. That’s why our classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the start time and your credit will be returned.

Yes. All credits expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Don't worry, we'll remind you 30 days before they expire so you have plenty of time to use them.
